Notification and Inspection
Examine your furniture upon delivery or pickup and notify our customer service team within 3 days if you wish to initiate a return or report any manufacturer defects.
Authorization Request
Contact our Guest Services department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns and exchanges.
Return Logistics
Arrange for the items to be returned to your local warehouse or schedule a professional pickup service for a nominal fee to ensure the furniture is transported safely.
Refund Processing
Once the items are inspected and approved at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
